Cleanliness
We are committed to cleanliness and the safety of our guests. We have always prided ourselves on our cleanliness, and have received many complements from our guests.
But now we have enhanced that due to the current situation. We are following established protocols and are doing extra cleaning and sanitizing between guests. We have added disinfectant soap and paper hand towels in all the bathrooms.
We have also provided a cleaning supply kit for our guests' use. This includes: disposable gloves, multi-surface disinfectant cleaner, and disinfectant wipes and spray. Bottles of hand sanitizer are located throughout.
A feature we have always had is our powerful central vacuum system. Although it does have a bag, it is vented outside, so nothing that is picked up by the wand ever returns to the interior.
Where possible with new reservations we are leaving extra time between guests.

Goodview Haven is not licensed to sell or provide food. However, our guests are free to bring and cook their own food and beverage, including alcohol. Our fully stocked kitchen is available for your use, and outside catering is allowed
We can help you make arrangements with local caterers.

Goodview Haven guests may use the washer and dryer. Soap and other supplies are available at no additional charge.

Goodview Haven has three bathrooms:
- The east bathroom includes 2 sinks, a toilet, and a bathtub with shower.
- The west bathroom includes two sinks, a walk-in shower and a toilet. One sink is lowered for handicap use. The toilet and shower each have their own doors.
- A small bathroom off the brick hall has a toilet and sink.
Bathrooms are supplied with Watkins soap and towels.
The large bathrooms are supplied with:

Bedrooms
Goodview Haven has five bedrooms with a total of 9 single beds and 3 double beds. Two of the single beds are extra-long. Each bedroom has at least one bedside lamp with two AC outlets and one USB charger.

Climate Control
Goodview Haven is fully heated and cooled with a modern forced-air system. There are three zones, which you can adjust to your comfort during your stay.

Security
Goodview Haven has an outdoor video surveillance system. (There is no video or other monitoring inside the house.)
Guests are given a numeric code which will unlock the door during their rental period. This is unique for each guest, no other (previous or future) guests have access.

Goodview Haven has off-street parking for 12 cars, enough for our overnight guests. Additional parking is available on 6th St., which has a very wide paved shoulder.
